My Galaxy S22 Ultra developed the common white vertical line issue on the screen. Despite being under 3 years old and eligible for free screen replacement, Samsung India denied it due to a minor dent on the frame.
After multiple follow-ups(Job Sheet No. 4413591723), I was only offered a 50% discount. No proper resolution, no accountabilityjust excuses.
Extremely disappointed as a loyal Samsung user. Not expected from a premium brand.
