This is a Croma customer service review and not a product review as I havent used it yet.
I ordered Croma Cloths Dryer 10 days ago form their website. It got delivered on time. But its been more then 5 days its sitting idle at my home.
No one is coming to install it. I am calling customer care since last 4 days and the reply I am getting is that the executive can only escalate my request at their end. The concerned department of technicians are not giving any response.
Not sure how much more time they need to respond back. What would happen if I have a problem with this product in future and had to register a call, I wonder.
