Builders have blocked our account and so we are forced to write bad reviews in this site. Here Mr.Saajan Bansal, Mr.Jaik Singh, Mr. Naresh and Mr.Prasad are torturing the residents by creating unnecessary water shortages and from morning onwards we don’t have water supply.When we raise complaints they are saying that it is due to over consumption and so we asked for proof which they totally denied.Moreover the residents staying here had already submitted the reports showing that there is no water shortage. Now they are unnecessarily switching off the RO motor pump during midnight and closing the valves of underground and overhead tanks.They are not even doing the dosing process correctly and we are getting dirty water and they’re spreading false news by saying that the OH tank is very muddy and so they have to clean it.Without providing the basic amenities they want to clean the tank just to fill their pockets.STP is nonfunctional and the flush water is brown in colour.So I advise all the customers not to buy any property from ARIHANTBUILDERS.They will definitely torture you.they are saying that RO has become very old and builders, please try to understand these office bearers changed the membrane only a few months back.They are totally lying to us and we are very much sure that RO doesn’t have any problem and in case if any problem persists, it is their duty to repair it since we are paying the Maintenance monthly.Here total mismanagement and corruption is going on and we don’t understand why the builder is not taking any legal action against these office bearers.If we question them, then that block won’t have water supply throughout the day.That type of torture is given to us by Mr.Saajan, Jaik, Naresh and Prasad.
