My microwave stopped working in 1.5 years of purchase.
An absolutely ignorant technician was sent to look at the case. Within 30secs he declared that the transformer is faulty. He conducted a check without even switching on the power. I am aghast to see the quality of technician sent. After another 5 days, a new technician came, he said magnetron has to be changed. He was to get it today. Today, he tells me it will take another 2/3 days.
What kind of after sales service is this?? Firstly you send incapable technicians, then customer has to wait 10/15 days for a thing to be repaired and that too after multiple reminders.
