I bought the Carrier 1.5 Ton Split AC thinking it’s a premium brand, but honestly, I’m disappointed. The cooling is good initially but after a few months it became noisy and started making a weird vibration sound. The remote feels outdated and sometimes doesn’t respond properly. Worst part is their service – getting a technician is a headache and they charge a bomb even for small issues. Also, it’s not very energy efficient; my electricity bill shot up compared to my old LG AC. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for hassle-free use.
