Im still fuming after the appalling experience we had at this restaurant today. We booked a table for 16 people and arrived on time, only to be met with disrespect from the new management. As regulars, weve never felt the need to leave a review before, but todays debacle compelled us to warn others.
This is the third time the management has changed, and its clear theyre getting worse. The lack of capacity planning is staggering. Chef Satya was forced to wait tables himself due to the inadequate staffing. Its clear theyve downsized, leaving customers to suffer. We waited endlessly for refills at the live station, only to be told they wouldnt refill the mutton because the cook took a break.
The hygiene was atrocious. The washroom was filthy, with a garbage bin overflowing with soiled diapers. We reported this to the front office staff, but the stench remained even after two hours. The plates at the live station were unclean, and Ive attached photos as evidence.
The food quality was average at best. The biryani lacked flavor, and theyve removed popular dishes like squid and octopus from the menu. The staff seemed overworked and unenthusiastic, clearly burned out from dealing with the managements incompetence.
The atmosphere was equally unimpressive. The seating area was dirty, with our white shirt cuffs getting soiled just from sitting down. The toilets were a nightmare, and we had to ask them to adjust the air conditioning because it felt suffocating.
Overall, our experience was a disaster. The managements ineptitude is staggering, and I would advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
