I have been using the Global Stock Markets app for a year now and they haven’t improved their customer support at all. Being a stock screener app, the app should have a robust support team to solve any temporary issues on charts or prices. If a trader makes his trading decisions based on the latest price changes, the platform needs to be constantly updated. Once I had an issue with an indice as I could not see it listed on the platform, despite having seen it earlier.
This technical glitch continued for a week and it took them even more time to resolve my issue completely. What is the point of paying for the Pro version if my issues are still remaining unresolved?
