Bought this monitor as a birthday present for my son and the screen developed defects in a month. The company seems hesitant to replace it . Even though it is a genuine case.I bought this monitor after reading reviews extensively but unfortunately the monitor turned out to defective.
The worst part is that there is no satisfactory reply from the company representative.

I posted the same review on SnapDeal, from where I purchased this monitor, but they have not published my review - which proves that SnapDeal.com only publishes good reviews and not the correct and honest ones.
I would certainly never buy from SnapDeal again.
