Konica Minolta Bizhub 164 disappoint me more than anything I have ever bought in my life. Its too big to carry, how trouble I have to take it, more over its expensive. What happen next after all trouble I try to on the machine, to my utter surprise Bizhub 164 don’t work at all, no matter I have read every thing in manual to assemble and try again and again, it just don’t work.
Everytime I connect to power it just say machine problem, . How can I say it’s reliable and value for money whenbroken piece was sold to me. Service is zero because dealer don’t send anyone to install it, yes the machine was for used in other place 200km away from dealer but if call dealer they say bring back Bizhub 164, don’t give any alternative. like it’s because of this problem or installation was not done properly.they don’t give any reasonable answer to this problem. Please if anyone know the solution, I repeat, when connect to power it says’ machine problem’. If it’s because of some silly problems please do let me know in comment section, it’s laying unused for last 6months. And also what to say about machine reliability and value for Money when it don’t work from day 1, don’t buy this product.
