Let alone the customer service after you get an issue, these guys won’t show up for installation only. Brought a microwave for my family, they promised demo and installation the next day after delivery, and for three days, nobody showed up. You yourself have to call the technician who will keep on delaying and giving excuses. DO NOT BUY IFB!
