Worst product and Worst Company, don’t deserve a single star. I bought a Window 1.5 Ton 5 star AC of Blue Star on 30.03.2021 in exchange offer(1.5 ton Carrier Brand) from Vijay Sales. Today I registered a complaint for non cooling of AC and Technician told me that gas is leaking from the cooling coil & now we have to replace the coil & fill the gas again. Total cost for the process would be Rs. 10000/-. I was assuming that Blue Star is known for its cooling products and how it’s possible that the product life is only 2 year’s. Or Blue star products only have 2 year’s life? Currently I have 2 splits AC(1 Haier And 1 LG) and window Ac(Blue Star before I was using Carrier which I used for 7 year’s without complaint) none of them are this kind of product quality. Also in my office we are Using Daikin & O General AC’s but this was my first experience with Blue Star(which is pathetic). It;s better to buy a new AC in spite of spending Rs. 10000/- to get the AC repaired merely in 2 years.
