Bought the AC expecting Mitsubishi’’s reputation, but service support proved to be a total abysmal. Complaints go unanswered for days, engineers show up late (if at all), and repairs drag for weeks. Complaints on forums had one waiting for 45 days for just a PCB replacement. Cooling might still be okay, but when you’’re burning money on poor support and empty promises, that doesn’’t cut it. I’’d rather trust brands that back their quality with real, timely service.
