The biggest drawback of using apps like Easy Trend Meter is inconsistency. Unlike popular trading platforms, the credibility of these smaller apps is a big question. Whenever I open the app, it shows no network connection, even if I am connected to high-speed Wi-Fi. The refresh button never refreshes the status of the currencies in one go. What the app doesn’t take into account is market conditions are different for different asset classes. Its signals are very common no matter what instrument I have chosen.
