Investing in this Godrej project was the biggest mistake I ever made.
• It has been a terrible experience dealing with the Godrej team; they have shown absolutely no customer centricity or post-purchase assistance.
• 18 months ago, I purchased an apartment in the project. Putting my trust in the Godrej team members was my worst mistake because I later found out that the price at which this flat was sold to me was 40–45 lacs higher than the market rate.
• Although their team promised me a handover on August 24, the actual situation on the ground is entirely different. The project won’t be finished in the upcoming 18 to 24 months.
• Due to the team’s lack of concern after reaching their sales goals, the project has been running behind schedule and without any progress for the past five to six months.
• For the past forty-five days, I have been asking their team to force me to talk with a member of their national leadership team, but I have had no success. I’ve been compelled to talk to their local CRM and project team personnel, who have little desire to assist customers and no concept of customer care.
I would highly advise against investing in any Godrej projects because their central team is uninterested in stepping in to resolve consumer complaints.
