I applied for home loan in PNB housing 3 months back and they gave me 100% guarantee to provide loan within 10 days. Their branch manager Ms. Sindhu told us that there would not be any issue in loan sanction and everything will go smoothly. They took Rs. 6, 500 from us and after taking money they didn’t even respond to phone calls, and always tell us that everything is ready and you will get sanction letter tomorrow. Its been more than 3 months we haven’t received any sanction letter yet after wasting our auspicious time. Now we moved to LIC HFL which did everything in just 15 days. PNB housing is a big fraud, money minded firm which keep you on fake promises. Never go for it.
