I bought this microwave IFB model 20sc2 on 31 January 2017 from reliance in Ahmedabad and today is 4th July 2018.
it is just over a year now and just yesterday I tried to heat my cold food and found that the control panel of my brand new ifb microwave has stopped working, not a single button was responding, so I called ifb helpline and they sent their “apki problem ap Jano” type technician and he is saying that the control panel is dead and it needs to replaced which will cost me 1600rs, I was like WTH, I hardly use this dabba and that too for heating cold food and already it has turned into piece of junk?
Now they put this big sticker on microwave which says 3-year warranty and beneath that it is written in smallest possible font that the warranty is only for the magnetron, are bhai to sirf kya magnetron his acha dala hai our Baki sare components kabad dal Diya recycle karke?.
worst possible microwave ever, I want to donate this kabaddi ka dabba for free if anybody wants it so that kitchen me space bane.
