I bought this from boat website 15 days ago. I got it for 999. It had positive reviews on many sites. I searched for its review on youtube. There were few videos showing its cons like battery backup. Yet I decided
to go for it cause I have used few boat gadgets and had a great experience with them.
When the package delivered I connected to blueltooth. At that time charging was showing 70 percent and after merely 1.5 hours charging was 20 percent and it started calling battery low. I was little worried ??. Yet decided to fully charge first and then see the results. Then I charged it fully till the red indicator went off. It took few more minutes than 2.30 hrs and not 2hrs as given on manual. I have 15w boat adapter.
Then I used this for 4-5 days for nearly 30-40 mins daily till battery is down. I don’t use it much.
So I can say it gives battery backup 3-3.5hrs in my case and not 7hrs as they say. And If u r going to listen on full volume it could be less than that.
If we talk about its sound quality as usual it has great bass. But clarity is little less. People who like to listen clear music with less bass may not like it that much.
I didn’t expect sound to be soothing but expected quite good battery backup. So it wasn’t wise choice.
And I think I only shows 70 percent and 20 percent charging. Not in between. So u can’t say when it is going to go off.
One of reviewer on this site has said that battery backup is 12 hrs.?? But it isn’t the case cause even their website shows 7hrs.??
