I had the misfortune of dining at Trishna and it was nothing short of a nightmare. This restaurant has no respect for its customers, especially when it comes to honoring reservations. I arrived within the allotted 15-minute window for my table, but the manager rudely informed me that there was no table available. Despite making a reservation 3 days in advance, I was left waiting while walk-in customers were prioritized over me and my group.
When I requested a table for 6 multiple times, I was met with cold indifference and zero willingness to accommodate us. To make matters worse, I was made to feel completely insignificant, especially in front of foreign customers, as though my presence didn’t matter. It’s heartbreaking to be treated like this in your own country.
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Trishna has completely lost a loyal customer for life. If you’re Indian, don’t expect to be treated with any respect here.
Avoid this place at all costs if you value fair and equal treatment.
