We have bought this refrigerator for the last 2 years. Initially the product was good. However, the problem started with cooling only happening in the top side of the refrigerator. Milk kept on the lower side started getting spoilt. The first service engineer was somehow able to fix the problem around 3 months back. Even 2 months back an engineer came but the problem continued. Today the engineer came and had such a bad attitude that we are thinking why we went for this refrigerator.
We went for this product thinking Japanese technology and reliability. However it seems to be be a wrong judgement.
