I got cheated by Croma sales executing, I called customer care they did not took any action on this

I had worst experience with Croma, they cheated me more than 2000 rupees. Once I call customer care around 8-9 times they always say that come one from Croma will call me back, they never calls me, and also when I send mail to Croma customer care they stopped responding.
