Hi Rahul, You have pointed out a very critical issue with online shopping. Not getting the product delivered / cash back even after eight months from ordering is more than a nightmare for anyone. You please file a petition in the customer court. Before that please call the concerned customer care executive for your place -whose number is listed in http://www.onida.com/Relationcenters.aspx . Tell him that you are going to file a petition. You will get positive response. If not ,go ahead.
I strongly agree with you. Onida microwae ovens are good in looks but worst in quality. Their customer care is the worst
