Just because I posted positive review, doesnot mean i am an sales person of that company. Isn't it obvious that negative review might be because of an competitior. I am only sharing my view, i am also associated with consumer oriented industry, i do know this tricks and tacts.

i have went to phase 1, people are living there and association also formed, I was too coutious so checked project, i was cleared of doubts then bought in phase 2. Residents seemed happy, i also enquired for ready to move for my friend, but it was slightly exceeding his budget.
