i don't think this is right way, because if person are not available at our home were product will be deliver, and also your id proof not there at moment then your family member can't take your order.
yes sourav i agree with you, you are right most of the courier guys ask for ID for verifying the name but is it ok according to you...?
Flipkart want a big online shopping market so they can do anything with customer, they don't care about customer problem and feeling they want profit anyhow.
