Dear nir90210 , I and like many many fully agree with you. I am having a post paid plan with 2GB @3.1 mbps. since it almost stopped to work after about 2600 mbps so added another 5 GB to get good speed. Complaints after complaints - no resolution , connectivity at will and apologies from customer ca read more...

Pathetic so far
The Internet is down since yesterday. Beam Comlplaint made 10.58 of 12 Sep. 2014, will contact in 8 working hours. now 24 hours have passed, no contact , NET not working. Another complaint made today 13 septemeber after 24 hours. NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE INSTALLATION ( about 6 days)
