The brakes do engage too sharply at slow speeds. However, once you are aware of this & adapt your braking style accordingly, its no longer a problem.At least that's my experience having bought the SX(o) variant of the Xcent a month ago. Your problems appear to be more to do with the local dealership from which you brought the vehicle rather than the vehicle itself. I would suggest you write to / email Nissan Head Office in India as well as their Global HO about the shoddy / unethical working of the Dealership. I am sure Nissan woul read more...
