I visited the project (Global Techies Town) twice in 2018, when they told the project to be delivered by 2021 end. Somehow, I didn't book there and now surprised to see that in mid of 2023 also it's not ready.

Absolute genuine feedback. Many existing DS MAX customers are going through this pain and struggle. Very pathetic it is. New buyers, just stay away and remain in peace. Don't just get fooled by many 4-5 Star fake reviews here.

Try to connect with other buyers of the same project and may be together you can push for quickening the work. Late compensation or delay penalty just forget. Builders won't give anyway. Very pathetic it is. These people can go to any extent to grab customers money. If you are taking for your own residence purpose then better go for any ready to move apartment. Sky Classic in Ecity Phase 1 won't be delivered anytime before 2024-25 i.e. half a decade from now.

Ample such cases with all builders. Save the evidences of their phone calls/emails/reminders/papers to claim your booking amount refund. It's not going to be easy dear.
