Aaahaa!!!! After all those follow-ups and the mail to the customer care officers (content above), my AC is finally repaired. Will keep you updated on the quality of service though. After sales service is very bad from Hitachi. The CSRs will keep on giving false promises and setting false expectations. Better choose an LG product which supposedly has the best after sales service.
