Hi Anupam its true that the gm service is poor.. The problem lies in the way the employees are maintained.. One thing you shud notice dear.. in our part of the world it wud be stupid to expect something to workout thru the net booking... Its bcoz anyone can jus click and book for test drives and hen read more...

hi pradvi.. u r rite about the indus service.. the thing is most of the service advisors der doesnt know much about the machine.. they ve just a target set before em.. and try hard to make it... they never try to fix the prooblem and just try to extract money from us..
