The frauds: Amigo shelters Friends, recently I have come to know that EAPL group doesn't give A khata or OC for any of their projects. So legaly you will not be able to re-sell the flat. Well I own one the flats in sai acropoils. And I know in and out about the builders work done there. They are really shame less, and so far they have not provided 'A' khata or Occupation certificate for any of their projects, simply because they do lot of deviations in their project. Now I have co read more...

Amigo shelters and EAPL are fraud I agree, do not buy any thing from Amigo shelters or EAPL. They just fool people. Bad quality of construction, many deviations in the projects and hence no OC from the authorities, No open spaces at all, very bad carpet area to built up area ratio (form them it is 6 read more...
