@ Sparsh I think they don't have separate product categories for various models. All Hero cycles have been clubbed under one product. Hence the same photo for all hero cycle reviews

miki, There are cosumer courts which can be resorted to when things get really serious. For other cases, sites like mouthshut are a very good option for consumers to voice their opinions. it should not take 3 days for reimbursement! my Citibank account was re-credited withing 24 hours (in both cases when i had a problem)
