have you taken any second opinion from another doctor if your injury can be a case of pre-existing illness ? If yes, have you tried going to Consumer Court on this ?

It would help a lot if you can explain ' I had been asked with multiple queries which was not honored by hospital ' ! What documents were asked which the hospitals can not honour ?
