Yes. It is very much true. Skytech Constructions has already messed up this project by charging additional Rs. 10 Lakhs on the name of possession charges than the agreement price. These illegal charges recovery is combined with the worst quality material used in the flat by Skytech. Some Buyers had read more...
Also want to inform an interesting development to all. M/s Skytech Constructions is the developer of Skytech Matrott in Noida Sector-76. The building is nearing to possession in the next 3-4 months.
