I am sorry for your loss Adul. They are completely commercial and are not at all inclined for patient needs.
Thought of sharing a follow up on conversation I had with Medanta on this trail. When inquired on report, Medanta says that report (CD) in specific is furnished only after payment and all other reports were shared with patient at the time of discharge.
