Hi Nittikkin, You are not deceived by either ACT or Speed test.net, As per the network calculation, you are getting the exact speed as act promised. Please find the calculation below. Hi sagarorissa, ACT has very poor customer care service, it’s very painful to get them on call, before that happens, you would be losing around 20 to 30Rs from your mobile amount.
