Karbonn has found a very good partner as useless as Karbonn. The name of the partner is Infibeam ! Through Infibeam Karbonn sells faulty phones like the one sold to me. I had been sending mails after mails to karbonn customer care. But not even a single mail has been replied till date. yes I had gone two times to the service centre of Karbonn. But of no use. I was told that my phone had a hardware related issue and for that they wanted to send it to the factory for 2-3 weeks....! Shocking to find a brand new phone dispatched to the market with a hardware issue.
Stay away from above two shopping sites if you do not want to disturb your peace of mind. these sites should be renamed as Blood and Money Sucker.com.
