I am a practicing physician in California, USA, having successfully completed training in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critica Care. I ventured to set up my own business and currently own and operate 8 facilities. I have a very loving and supportive family and my strength comes from having a strong religious base, although I do not attend church regularly. Years ago I decided that the best way to live life was to live it to the fullest each and every day. I have been blessed in having been the first person in my family to obtain a formal education and this allowed me to guide my children as well as my immediate family. Today, my sister, my nephew and his wife as well as my daughter are physicians. . Waking up in the morning and going for a 3 1/2 mile run, is the greatest start to a day. A later afternoon work out at the gym calms me from a long days work. For busy days, I resort to the treadmill and stationary bike, or an hour of peaceful yoga. Dancing to the rhythm of the caribbean marengue, or argentine tango, make my blood race. Period movies 2-3 hours long make me wish for days long gone.
