Now I have got following brand new induction top with two years warranty in Rs. 2500/- Havells Insta Cook OT Induction Cooktop. This is the best induction top compared to the ones I used previously. My first brand was Usha Induciton top which lasted for two years, whirlpool lasted for one year. Le read more...
An extremely poor and substandard quality of product from Whirlpool. But their service Center is wonderful, supportive and responsive. It is the quality of product that is at fault

I received my packet on 10th March 2012. The company did not loose anything in the transaction. They are silent on the issue of compensation to the customer for the compromised quality of services.
