It is a fact that the SRO hosur stopped registering the NBR Green valley bagalur plots due to illegality (land conversion illegality) and still you call them as excellent. It is a fact that the SRO hosur has stopped the registrations of NBR green valley plots. Why you are misleading the public. Pls kindly restrain this, as many people they invest their hard earned money for their future of kids etc.

Then your investment is finished or you need to fight. Now the sub registrars office is not registering any plots of NBR green valley, because the land is not converted from farm status to residential status. This is the reason i could not make resale of my plot which i purchased in 2013. Pls donot read more...

Yes, the review is right. I too purchased a plot in this lay out NBR green valley. Now the sub registrars office is not registering these plots for resale, because the land was not converted from farm land to residential. when i tried to speak to the NBR company, they are not responding for this.
My experience is also almost the same. But not the khata certificate. About the resale of the plot. They have given an option for resale of plots through their web site. But, when i contacted them they are not interested to take up this resale. They are interested only in selling their own phase II read more...
