No resolution The representatives called and repeated what the limitations of the voucher are and wanted to ''help'' make our bookings. (Currently booking are closed until July and the list of resorts is still not the list that was given to us at the time of voucher collection. They still havent adm read more...

Looks like we went one step ahead of you in this only to realise it was not worth spending 45 mins on or getting excited about. Our coupon was mailed and is activated but with the number of clauses, they might ask us to go to Timbaktu on a weekday. :) The only good thing that came out of this whole read more...
