yes...they do...Same issue for everyone...They have a automated SW which keeps generating events randomly in a particular sequence to fool us.

We can collectively go with legal action as builder is harassing us. First, the quality of construction is not adequate, delivery delays and illegal demand notes.
Go to consumer court. There are so many cases happened in the past against unethical demands from builder and a result is always been given in favor of customers. Today, Sovereign is demanding 8.5 lakhs, tomorrow all other builders will demand whatever they want....So, consumer court would not want read more...

Very well said. I agree....I would put prestige way below below Below than Sobha, Mantri,Purva, Rohan,Golden Gate, Nitesh, Brigade and all decent builders. The key drivers to get the recognition is the Quality, transperancy, honesty, committments on the timeline and prestige do not have any of these read more...
