Interestingly LGCL folks did it again, after all the discussions and promises, they have handed over only individual units and left the club house n other amenities unfinished!!! we have been following up however they are cooling their heals by ignoring us!!! so for all those who want to buy from LG Read More...

The individual units are ready now... awaiting club house and amenities to be ready by 2019 July.
July 2019 is when the clubhouse and amenities is going to be ready. Most of the individual sold villas are almost ready.

If u see the complaints in Rera u will see that New Life, One Street, Beautiful World, Stonescape all are delayed beyong imagination
Anybody reading this pls remember n my unsolicited advice is, do not invest in any new project of LGCL until they hand over all d earlier committed n delayed ones

Agree 100%, they have been cheating people n continue to cheat bigg time without a delivery date in mind.. Top to Bottom r a set of well informed planned n trained Liars.... others pls read and so not invest in any new property of LGCL until they give posession of the already committed ones

Will send in the update during the next 4 weeks. Based on my discussion with Mr. Girish, things seem to be moving in the right direction and hence will have better updates to provide along with videos and photographs during the coming days. Stay tuned.
