And also this is their strategy, when calling to customer care and just hearing word refund, they don't even ask what project and other details, simply they say they arrange for call back. That makes clear that this is planned .
Same happening with me. They switched off everything, what's app and incoming call service . I went to nearby marketing office where I met the contact sales person, but seems they manage it nicely like he is not in office. Seems this is their usual style.
