I have tikona connection. Which had frequent disconnection issues. Technical department could never sort it out. Customer care department doesn’t know half of the things. No coordination between internal department. No proper system updates which can give customer proper satisfactory replies. read more...

Till today there is no disconnection or no call from Tikona about disconnection.
My customer Id : 1110772990 Till now there is no call and no response on this. Every time i call to customer care they will tell that i will get call from Tikona end to disconnect. I never got any call. This is the fraud they are doing they will keep the connection and keep on generating bill and th read more...
