True, CIBIL report is misleading and banks have been mislead. It is baseless and ridiculous most of the times to go with a CIBIL rating. Can we as customers do the same with the BANKS as well so that we prevent them from doing business? I believe the Union govt and RBI must act fast to curb this CIB read more...

All these banks - ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, AMerican Express... have customer care or call centers who do not understand any of what you want to say? Some of these email IDs also auto forward to customer care. What next?

The only way to get this sorted out is through consumer court. All that I am stating here is that there is no rational in listing on CIBIl. One default from consumer the names are listed and is never removed. The catch is in the clearance letter and bank never gives a clearance letter but settles read more...
