I think it's how you treat eCommerce websites. It's always a risk shopping for anything online. However, I find Travelguru is one of the most reliable websites for online travel shopping.

Yes, it is. I've booked on Travelguru a couple of times and have had a pleasant experience. Plus, I agree with niyadevniya that their hotel inventory is something other websites can only aspire to.
