I can vouch for most of the comments made. Sobha intentionally delayed giving Sale & Contruction agreement after I paid my booking. It was a lopsided agreement as claimed in this post. For example delay penalty was Rs. 4 per sq.ft per month when going rent is ten times more than that. The clause to read more...
