Last time I was told that to replace the door, it would cost around 4.5k. Today when I asked for a discount, they say that the door costs ?10k and they will give a 50% discount. Can you believe that ? And no discount on the transformer which is also their product. I’m without microwave for several m read more...
Now the transformer is gone and they are asking me to pay 5k more for it. I already paid close to 5k for the PCB which had to be replaced just 9 months ago. Plus the door rusting is getting worse. Very poor customer care … they just don’t care
Someone got back to me after company response 3 days ago and said they’ll get back to me. No call back yet from Hafele. So issue still open
