Dear duane76, eventhough you donot have the NOC you can pay the Road Tax and Lifetax in Local RTO office which gives you 1 year time to complete the process without any hassles. Even the receipt you get in Local RTA office would be sufficient enough to the traffic police for one year who do not read more...
This is an pretty useful thing that you can save few thousand rupees by sparing 1 or two hours
