Disagree with your point no 5 if you want a phone for only making and receiving calls then what is the use of android for you. You can go for a basic mobile phone and it will give you much better battery life also

i received an overnight parcel after 1 week and that too I had to go to their office and make them search the shipment. Otherwise they were telling on phone that they are yet to receive it

a courier was booked from letsbuy on 25/10/2011 to be sent to me I called on 25th to aramex (they had no number on their site I searched on net to find the number) Person told that there will be 2 days holiday coz of Diwali and I will receive the product on 27th. Micromax does not have spares for its mobiles. The service centre guys themselves accept that company does not provide spares You will never find a battery of micromax in the market or CSC's

Tikona is a worst service provider. The agent will try to sell you connection even if there is no feasibility in your area.
