Yes it should be priced bit less looking for the competition in that price segment.

Only YU Yutopia goes bit ahead on software as it has Cynogenmod and one plus2 has Oxygen Os which still I think user experience is beta version. Camera on plus2 is better, , even you can install Cynogenmod on one plus2, , so my choice would be one plus2.
Yes you can used it as one of the the sim slot can be replaced by SD card
Net connectivity is some how bit slow depends on area, ,
